Recently, the UN5-150ZB6 Narrow-body Rail Flash Butt Welder independently developed by Aigre achieved an industry milestone at Shizishan Station on the Suining-Chongqing High-Speed Railway. Through its "modular split + knuckle boom crane collaboration" technology, it successfully completed 7-meter ultra-distance flash welding on adjacent lines. As a key freight station on the second line of the Suining-Chongqing Railway, Shizishan Station connects Hechuan and Beibei, serving as a material hub along the Shanghai-Wuhan-Chengdu corridor for cargo exchanges between the Sichuan-Chongqing region and central/eastern China.
Due to the complex structure of turnouts, traditional turnout welding equipment requires multiple transfers and repositioning when performing flash welding on all joints of a complete turnout. The Aigre team pioneered a 7-meter custom container layout scheme, utilizing railway NX70 flatcars as carriers. Containers are fixed to the flatcar via column inserts, with the welding head mounted separately at the front. In coordination with the flatcar's knuckle boom crane, this setup enables welding operations on both the current line and adjacent lines, significantly streamlining the construction process of turnout Rail Flash Butt Welder and reducing costs.
Aigre will continue to set industry benchmarks with innovative technologies, offering efficient and intelligent Chinese solutions for global rail transit, and leading rail welding into a new era.
