On July 22, 2025, Aigre welcomed a professional delegation from countries along the Belt and Road. Through a comprehensive display of cutting-edge progress and innovative achievements in rail welding technology, it deepened exchanges in the international industry.
During the visit, the technological breakthroughs of Aigre's core products attracted great attention: the newly developed Mobile Narrow-body Rail Flash Butt Welder adopts the unique "narrow clamping + 180° head rotation" technology, realizing full-model welding coverage for 12#, 18#, 30#, 42# and other single turnout with movable point; relying on the breakthrough design of "one-time clamping and full-process pressure maintaining", the welding and aligning integrated machine achieves automatic and seamless connection between flash welding and medium-frequency normalizing heat treatment, with operation efficiency increased by more than 40%.
